Pecan Balls (Christmas Cookies)
YIELD: 24 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 C ground pecans
� lb. butter - 1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. sugar - 2 C flour
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, then add other ingredients. Make into small balls and bake at 375� F. until lightly browned. Shake in powdered sugar just before serving.
