This has made several rounds at our house. Even my husband who is not a PB fan likes this bark. I had to stop making it because we would eat it so quickly! We did up the �healthy� quotient by using Who-NU, organic PB and 60% cocoa chocolate chips. Those things really don�t make it better but it makes you feel like you are eating something healthy! Such a creative idea..
