Found this while looking for a dipping sauce for Natchitoches Meat Pies. This aioli with a Cajun twist seems like it'll fit the bill... Recipe from Inspired by eRecipeCards blog. I'm totally enamored with aioli! I especially love it as a dipping sauce with crispy fries! YUM! I enjoyed the addition of dijon and the herbes de provence; though it was a subtle change, it was nice!
