Easy Tiramisu Mousse

I’ve always been least enamored of the ladyfingers too! This way is so much better. And I have to admit, I’m also that dessert vulture at the restaurant fighting it out for all the good bites!
This looks like the best part of tiramisu. Fabulous!

Apple Pie Bites

I just made these yummy treats tonight and they were awesome!!! The only thing that I would do different, which will take some of the simplicity out of the recipe, is peeling the apple first. The skin of the apple bothered me… It made it somewhat difficult to easily bite through the apple pie without having to aggressively tear the skin to separate your bites, if that makes sense. Just my preference, but other than that, TOTAL AWESOMENESS!

No Bake Strawberry Icebox Cake

I love this idea! So easy and it looks so delicious! I have a recipe similar to this that uses chocolate frosting and no fruit, so this will be a nice fresh take on a no bake cake!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bar

Just made these after I saw them on pinterest!! I wish I could post a picture of what turned out like but I don’t know how… they look a lot like the picture though!! It did take a longish time to make, but I’m a beginner in baking, but overall it was really easy. It took me in total about 1.5 hours from making them to eating them, with baking time and cooling time included. It will definitely become one of my usuals!!!

Quadruple Chocolate Soft Fudgy Pudding Cookies

I am a huge cookie fanatic, especially if they are chocolate cookies, and I have made many. These are so incredible, easy, and turn out every time (thanks, pudding mix!). Everyone who tries them falls in love them. I also wanted to note that, while I usually agree with having to chill the dough before baking, in the case of these cookies it really isn’t necessary. The cornstarch in the pudding mix prevents them from spreading too much, even without chilling the dough first (and I live at 5,000 feet where I have to normally take special precautions in order for my cookies not to spread – not so with this recipe, hallelujah!). I usually form all the cookies, bake off a few to eat right away, then freeze the rest of the dough to bake whenever I need a cookie, or want to take some to a friend. Anyway, thanks for a recipe that satisfies my most intense chocolate cravings. Just made another batch!

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is so going to be me when I have kids. I am so easily side tracked. One minute Ill be thinking, Go get junior, and the next minute Ill be thinking about needing butter and out the door I go (sans child). Meh, no worries. He was asleep. Its not like hes going to remember, but its sure going to make one heck of a good story later. Love these cookies.

Twix Thumbprint Cookies

These are delicious! Easy recipe, great shortbread flavor. I needed to increase baking time to about 12 minutes. I also used the shortbread recipe with a jam filling. Filled the indentations with jam before baking

Homemade Turtles

These were excellent!!! Instead of using parchment paper, I sprayed cupcake tins with some Pam and they turned out amazing! It was a much easier clean up as well. :) Although I did burn a bit of my chocolate while melting it in the microwave, I added some half and half to it and it turned out perfectly! Thanks for the recipe! I think they will be a hit for Halloween tomorrow!
